We are situated in the Seven Square business center at 9106 Philadelphia Rd, Baltimore, MD and welcome you - our customers to taste the fresh made delicious traditional sandwiches,panini, wraps and Eastern European/Mediterranean style exquisite food creations prepared daily by the owner and Chef - Peter Stoykov. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication, expert preparation, fresh ingredients and pleasant surrounding to certainly provide contented experience for you each and every time.

We serve breakfast and lunch during the weekdays, and Saturday brunch over the weekend. All orders can be placed in advance online, by phone or fax and be ready by the time of your arrival. Please do not hesitate and ask about our daily specials too. We also provide catering services for your business meetings, office lunches, and celebrations. Please refer to the catering menu or call us for more information.

Nevertheless we welcome reservations for private party celebrations up to 30 people. We will prepare and serve specific menu that it is in accordance to your taste and desire.

About Chef Peter Stoykov

Born in Bulgaria, Peter graduated the Academy of Economics with Master of Science in Finances, however his long desire to make his family and friends happy by cooking for them prompted him to enter and graduate the International Culinary School for Restaurant Business and Management - Sofia, Bulgaria. Cooking became Peter's "sweet" career. Since 1996 until 2005 Peter advanced through several well established restaurants and business, such as Hotel-Restaurant "Rila", Sofia, Bulgaria , Marriott Hotel at Hunt Valley MD, Romano's Macaroni & Grill, Cockeysville MD, Sage Dining Services, Filk Independent Schools by Chartwells/Compass Group , until he opened the Seven Square Café July 2005. All menu dishes are prepared based on Peter's personal experience and own recipes.
